Kamila Gayibova

Kamila oversees the firm’s Business Services & Outsourcing practice, which delivers expertise in tax, payroll and personnel compliance, and accounting. She leads a dedicated team of skilled and qualified professionals who are committed to providing reliable, high-quality services in these areas.

With 20 years of experience in professional services, including 13 years with BDO, Kamila brings extensive expertise in financial accounting and a strong track record of resolving technical challenges, streamlining compliance processes, and developing tailored solutions to meet clients’ operational and strategic objectives.
Alongside the responsibilities of leading the BSO practice, Kamila has played a central role in the firm’s risk management operations for over a decade. She has substantial experience in implementing compliance frameworks and overseeing quality assurance processes in line with applicable laws, professional standards, and BDO’s global practices.

A graduate of Azerbaijan State Economic University, Kamila holds a certificate in Offshore Finance and Administration from the Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland. She has also deepened her expertise in risk management and compliance through professional development at leading institutions, including the London School of Economics and Political Science.   She is fluent in Azerbaijani, English, and Russian.
